I want to share with you all. I am jobless and been doing odd jobs. My wife works to support us as I don’t have regular income. We struggle to with our daughter’s education at the university. Thank GOD as she has graduated and is now working with NGO.

To cut all story short, Christmas is coming and I need a pressure cooker for my beef stew. I went to look for a cheap one thinking that I will get paid for a small job done. I went to the electrical store but couldn’t afford it. Two days ago my wife and I went to the supermarket and looked for an alternative such as a clay pot bowl. We wanted to buy it, but some how put it back.

Our Church, SIB Grace base at new Creation Church was having ‘home coming Christmas lunch’ and my wife bought two tickets at Rm15 each. That was the last bit of cash that we have.

There was a lucky draw and we won a slow pressure cooker with a ticker number 212. How bless we are that GOD provides for us and answers our prayer.

PRAISE the LORD. Amen

I grew up, feeling completely unlovable, was a very angry person. Could never understand why I never had friends, always felt the whole world was against me. I hated the world as much as the world hated me.

I met a man @ 19 years of age, and married him because I thought no-one else would ever want me. We have had three children, two boys and a girl. I had a blood clot in my lung after my daughter was born, but, praise God, I lived through it…He knew that four years later I would meet Him in the most wonderful way.

Back in 1994;there was a campaign in the UK called J.I.M. Or, the crying man. J= Jesus I = in M =Me….JIM. At that time I was working in a kitchen and having time off, far less on a Saturday, was unheard off. Well, this particular time, I had a Saturday off. (what a coincidence).

There was an outreach in the town cent re, and there was music, singing, praise, you name it…..I thought if this is what church is like, I want some. The following day, there was an advert in the local paper, saying your local Pentecostal church is here; giving the address. I thought, wow, I want to go. So, the next Sunday I went along to a meeting.

I sat while the singing was going on and just cried. I knew something had happened, but didn’t know what. I kept going for the next few weeks, and finally realised, I need Jesus. And asked Him into my life.

It has not been plain sailing; Its taken years and years, but , I finally know just how much Jesus loves me. He has taught me how to love. I now love others which I could never do before.

I thought I was the most unlovable person ever, but God has showed me beyond doubt just how much He loves me.!! He has healed my hurts. He has taught me to forgive; He has turned my whole life around; I was so shy, I wouldn’t say boo to a goose; now, I can stand up in front of a congregation and give my testimony. He has taken my temper away; He has given me peace in my heart.

He is wonderful !! He has saved me!! Praise God .

After a couple of weeks I received a recorded delivery from them demanding the balance of £3475.00. Immediately, I went into panic mode, then knowing I had no way of getting this money before they started legal proceedings I started to pray. After a week or so, I received an email from my accountant saying I was due a refund from HMRC as she had just completed my tax returns. I paid no attention to the email and continue trying to source the funds myself.

When I opened my email the following day I was speechless to read the figure staring back at me £3835.00, you can imagine my shock and delight. I started to praise God for his goodness.

So friends, God is still in the business of answering prayers, he will answer you when you haven’ t a plan B.

Please be encouraged that whatever your situation he will always be there to guide you – all you need to do is believe.

Then, one day I told a friend about my desire to publish a book of testimonies. She got very excited and said why don’t I create a website (had not occurred to me before). So, I thank God and faced the dilemma of finding someone to build a website for free as at the time funds were really low.

That’s when God put me in touch with my now, spiritual mentor. As a web designer, he agreed to build a website for me the first day we met. I was so excited and could not stop thanking and praising God. Again, got distracted with life, work etc and sis not get content to him for the site. Anyway, after a few more years procrastinating (I really need to be delivered from procrastination…lol), I came across blogging through work and I knew this was the way to go. After, praying and believing It happened – even God moves with technology.

With a willing heart God will use us no matter what …he will always do what he promised. So, I would like to encourage you to search your heart, pray and listen to what God is asking of you, then believe…

We can find ourselves so busy these days that we forget to do Gods work…But remember, if you take care of Gods business he will take care of yours.
